When you select your two EAS monitors for your region, LP1 and LP2 would be the optimum choices. But if you can't receive one of them, then see if there is another "NPR" or "Sirius/XM" national source station that comes in better. If you still can't get a "national source" station, then pick one of the "non-national source" stations.
